- SKYSilver – conversion of Silver Queen Hotel into 7 whole ownership condominiums and an organic, locally-sourced restaurant
- SKYStrada – conversion of 692 Main Street office building into 5 whole ownership condominiums and community event space
- Nikara – a one of a kind retail outlet in the lobby of Main & SKY
- Food & Beverage offerings at Main & SKY
- Just Organic Juice – located in Salt Lake City offering organically-sourced cold-pressed juices that are distributed (or delivered) to all SKY properties
